Responsibilities:
O’Gara Training and Services, LLC is currently seeking full time employee applicants to support the 20th CBRNE at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, 52nd Explosive Ordnance
Disposal (EOD) Group at Ft Campbell, KY and the 71st Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group at Ft. Carson, CO. The selected candidate will provide analytical expertise to the staff at the selected locations and exercise support to EOD Culminating Training Exercises (CTE).

Experience:
Candidates must have must have EOD experience at the Battalion level or higher. Must have a clear understanding of Attack the Network methodologies, the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB), Targeting, Network Analysis, and Evidence Based Operations (EvBO). Must have working knowledge of DOTMLPF assessments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain detailed records. Demonstrate effective communications skills including strong written and oral presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of training precepts and techniques used in military training exercises. Familiar with standard training evaluation methods and mechanisms. Familiar with formal After Action Review processes to include determining inputs, refining data, identifying trends, and assisting in the AAR development process.

Required Qualifications/Education: 
National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Analysis experience.
C-IED targeting at the BN and BDE staff levels through TF Paladin level.
Current SECRET clearance.
Senior EOD Technician Certification.

Preferred Specialized Education/Experience:
Master EOD level certification.
