Position: 25B48 Instructor (COMSEC) (2):

Decypher currently seeks a talented 25B48 Instructor to facilitate courses within 442nd Signal Battalion to include the 255N/255A Warrant Officer Basic Courses (WOBC), 255N/255A Warrant Officer Advanced Courses (WOAC), FA53, FA24, BOLC and SCCC Courses.
Instructor shall rotate between teams performing instruction and classroom preparation
Instructor shall be required to follow lesson plans and training schedules developed to support the current Program of Instruction (POI)
Instructor shall provide instructor support to the CLC COMSEC Branch in conducting, teaching, and administering the SCCC, the LCMS Operators Course, and other COMSEC related training
The instructor shall perform classroom setup and maintenance duties for each designated classroom; includes the accountability,
availability, serviceability, and security of training equipment and supplies required for the classroom
The instructor shall periodically review classroom training materials such as student handouts, lesson plans, slides, and practical exercises for accuracy and adequacy, and as determined necessary by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
The instructor shall administer tests and quizzes; maintain records, and report student training attendance and grades IAW appropriate TRADOC and USASCoE & FG Regulations, and CLC and other applicable SOPs
The instructor shall perform administrative student management and course records keeping duties
Performs in-processing, enrolling, out-processing, and preparing training completion certificates for officer, enlisted, and civilian students comprised of Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force students
Instructor shall provide curriculum development support, make recommendations, and perform updates to the current programs of instruction (POIs), as approved by the COR for the SCCC, the LCMS Operators Course, and other COMSEC related training
Changes and updates to the curricula may be required in response to changes in doctrine, fielded capabilities, and technology that result in changes or updates to individual critical tasks
Any updates to training material shall be approved by the COR prior to implementation
The government will provide formats and/or forms for training documentation and lesson plans
Instructor shall verify student and course/class schedule information in the Department of the Army (DA) Army Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) to ensure accuracy and to provide pre-enrollment and post-enrollment support
The ATRRS is the approved system of record to ensure proper management of all classes and track students from course pre-enrollment, graduation, and post-graduation
Instructor shall periodically review student personnel and academic records for accuracy and completeness, identify discrepancies, and make corrections as required
Instructor shall attend meetings and conferences as determined by the COR in order to facilitate and maintain the currency of training program documentation
Instructors shall possess the following capabilities in order to successfully fulfill the requirements within this PWS
Be qualified to provide formal instruction, provide COMSEC Subject Matter Expert (SME) support, perform student management activities, and provide technical support as required to the SIGCoE training management program
Possess the ability to identify and present potential problem resolutions to training issues to the COR. The contract instructor shall immediately inform the COR in writing when a problem or customer request cannot be resolved
