Description:
MacAulay Brown is seeking qualified personnel capable of supporting General Technical, Analytical, and Operational Activities for the United States Army Maneuver Support Center and the United States Army Military Police School and Directorates and other Law Enforcement, Emergency Management and First Response Subject Matter Experts for both CONUS and OCONUS locations.Personnel are needed in any of the following disciplines:
• Program Manager
• Project Leaders
• Military Analysts
• Force Modernization Analysts
• Doctrine and Training Development Analysts
• Software Engineers
• Instructors


Specialized areas include Law Enforcement, Physical Security, Military Working Dog, Emergency First Responders, Analysts, Doctrine and Training Developers, Instructors, and others

Doctrine and Training Development

The ideal candidate will be expected to provide support in conducting research and writing doctrine and Joint documents and manuals. In some cases, the directed research will result in new doctrine, manuals, or programs of instruction.

Task may include Field Manual development, the development of training support packages, and training support.

Force Modernization Support

The ideal candidate will be expected to provide support in the development of future operational capabilities and requirements development. This work includes support to force modernization divisions for equipment issues, organizational design, technical, logistical, engineering, program assistance, administrative and support of the requirements development process.

Work may include providing technical risk analysis, reliability assessment and review, test planning, evaluation of training documentation, research of specifications and standards, and doctrine and manpower assessments. The analysis and assessment of functional related operational and materiel requirements documents and Army lessons learned and the development of documents in accordance with the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS).

Work may also include evaluating, identifying, assessing, and recommending means of reducing or eliminating technical risk; providing technical assistance during operational test planning; and reviewing Technical Manuals and providing recommended changes.

General Test and Evaluation Support

The ideal candidate will be expected to provide support in the planning and execution of non-simulations based experiments, review and documentation of data source results during non-simulations based experiments, and support for Operational Testing and Concept Experimentation Program. This work may include the planning for and conducting non-simulations based experiments and operational tests in support of future force concepts and materiel developments.

Tasks may include non-simulations based experiment support documentation reviews and recommended changes, evaluation observations and independent evaluation reports, and corrective action management plan development, management, and documentation

Simulations and Analysis Support

The ideal candidate will be expected to provide support in conducting, executing, and documenting simulation exercises and analytical studies. This work may include developing networks of hardware and software, developing study and analysis plans and performing analysis, developing terrain databases for use in simulations, and supporting the development of Future Force concepts,

Tasks may include developing experiment/study plans, document reviews, software code, databases, analytical results, data files, and documentation.

Geospatial Support

The ideal candidate will be expected to support geospatial information and services (GIS) technical and analytical support to include requirement document staffing, review and related requirements development for geospatial data and products. Other work includes support to GIS for exercises, experiments studies, and other operational support analysis.

Tasks may include terrain analysis and other terrain visualization products; summary of documents reviews with specific recommended changes; input to requirements documents such as initial capabilities documents (ICDs) and concept development documents (CCDs); and the development of study and experimentation plans.
Requirements:
* PROGRAM MANAGER: A program manager is the principal point of contact with the Contracting Officer and/or his representative for all technical affairs for the contract. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline with five (5) years experience in management of projects or in evaluating doctrinal literature, programs, and concept analysis OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline with eight (8) years experience in the management of similar projects or programs. The required work experience includes a minimum of ten (10) years of specialized experience in support project/study management, at least eight (8) of those ten years shall have been upper management and experience in managing an office executing a variety of contracts covering multiple functional areas.
* PROJECT LEADER: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree for task orders requiring work in studies and analysis, or models and simulations. The ideal work experience will include operational experience in Government or industry and experience managing projects and studies. For task orders requiring work in studies and analysis, or models and simulations, the ideal candidate requires experience managing projects involving the usage of models and simulations, and experience in development and application of battalion, brigade, division, and/or corps level models used to evaluate force on force analysis.
* OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, or a hard science and experience in Operations Research and Systems Analysis, and with projects or programs involving broad and varied Combat and Training Development related matters.
* GEOSPATIAL ANALYST: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Geo-Science, Geo-Engineering, or other related Physical Science or Engineering Science. The ideal work experience using state-of-the-industry Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) software, performing terrain analysis and database management, and producing terrain visualization products. Candidate must be able to assist in the planning, conducting, analyzing, and reporting geospatial aspects of exercises, simulations, experiments, and operational projects.
* FORCE STRUCTURE ANALYST: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in any field. The ideal work experience includes experience in maneuver units and experience in all aspects of military planning, training, operations, logistics, intelligence, and combat developments.
* TRAINING ANALYST: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree and experience in a military training activity or school. Completion of an instructor training course, training development course, and systems approach to training or related course is desired.
* MILITARY ANALYST: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in any field and experience in military operations, doctrine, concepts, the materiel acquisition process or force development. Experience in force development, force design, tactical/strategic doctrine, the materiel acquisition process, and military transformation is desired.
* DOCTRINE WRITER: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in any field and experience in military operations, force design; doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership development and education, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF).
* SOFTWARE ENGINEER: The ideal candidate will have an educational background that is commensurate with the requirements of the performance work statement and experience in simulation design and programming and experience in projects or programs specifically related to the development, integration and usage of models, simulations, and software tools.
* Instructor: The ideal candidate will have and educational back ground that is commensurate with the requirements of the performance work statement. Competition of an approved instructor development course is required.
