Requirements
Masters degree (MA/MS) in related discipline plus four (4) to six (6) years of MC or capabilities development related experience; or Bachelors de-gree (BA/BS) in related discipline and eight (8) to ten (10) years of MC or capabilities development related experience. Depending upon discipline, a combination of vocational and/or military certifications plus three (3) to five (5) years experience may be substituted for degree. Work experience includes experience in military operations, doctrine, concepts, material acquisition or force development processes. Professional experience in military operations should include service at a Division, Corps, in-theater Army, Coalition or Joint headquarters. Completion of the Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or equivalent service school is required.

Position Description
Plans, conducts, and executes studies and analysis of military unique subjects using scientific analytical methods. Areas of expertise include but are not lim-ited to: military concepts, doctrine and tactics; mili-tary organization and force structures; training and leader development; requirements research and analysis; Army and joint acquisition analysis; scenario development; and Army and joint experimentation. Provide general and specialized military expertise, including but not limited to the following areas: mili-tary functional areas and/or Warfighting functions; command, control, and communications; information, surveillance, and reconnaissance; joint concepts and operations; existing and emerging threats. Writes reports and analytical findings.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
