***This is an Entry Level, Overnight Security Guard Position***

Responsibilities include:
Answers the front office phone and visitor questions
Turns atrium and parking lot lights on and locks front breezeway
May be required to check Healthcare outdoor patio drains when raining
Patrol outside area
Locks hallway doors and kitchen area once staff has left
Handles residents questions or any unexpected situations that may arise
Other duties may be assigned as necessary

Required Skills:
Must possess good communication skills and be able to multi-task
Ability to handle emergency situations when necessary
Must be reliable and willing to work with others
Shift is overnight
