Requirements
Must have a Bachelors Degree and 2 years related experience with military, DOD, and/or Federal Government agencies OR 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree. Experience in operation and training in Army Battle Command Systems. Must have knowledge of the Army mission planning process. Experience in training management and digital training management database systems. This position requires a SECRET security clearance. Candidate should also have current knowledge of Army operating systems and experience on a brigade or battalion level staff.

Position Description :Provides classroom instructions and training to individual students and groups on ABCS and related systems Develops, supports and implements initiatives that improve Company/Battery/Troop Echelon training by developing and providing written recommendations. Develops new or modify existing collective training scenarios, databases, and supporting documentation to meet the exercising commander’s training objectives across the spectrum of operations. Provides individual operator training (Digital/C2 systems) for Soldiers on Digital equipment in accordance with the TRADOC Institutional Digital Education Plan (IDEP). Performs duties as a Platform Instructor for one or more of the following systems: Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) + Blue Force Tracker (BFT); Maneuver Control System (MCS); Command Post of the Future (CPOF); Distributed Common Ground System – Army (DCGS-A); Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS); Joint Automated Deep Operations Control System (JADOCS); Battle Command Sustainment Support System (BCS3); Tactical Ground Reporting System (TIGR); Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC); Web Design; SharePoint; Network Management (Basic and Advanced). Provides unit staff drills, functional command post, and integrated command post training events and exercises. Locations include Birmingham, AL; Arlington Heights, IL; Camp Parks, CA; JBMD, NJ; and Houston, TX.
