Job description: 
The Director is the senior security leader in region, representing Corporate Security at a senior level within all regional markets. The position provides security strategy, oversight and support to all business entities, operations and projects within the region. The strategies, oversight and support addresss all facets of the security program, the development, review and maintenance of the programme within a cost effective approach, adding value to the business. Primary responsibilities, include but are not limited to, risk assessments, crises management, personnel security including all aspects of travel, event and executive security, maintaining and developing an effective working relationship within all regional markets, with outside law enforcement agencies security and business partners, supervising and developing direct reports, physical security audit programme incorporating the security audit programme and investigations.
Expected to travel the region 50% of the time.

Candidate profile: 
Based in Geneva, English & Russian languages, written and spoken, are essential. You will have lived in the CIS and have a deep understanding of region. The person will have experience of working with an international organisation and will be undertakingcurrently a similar leadership role in the corporate security function. 

The Person:
A university degree and/or equivalent is preferred but our client would see that relevant experience of successfully managing facets of the role carries equal weighting. There is a strong emphasis on budget control so you are expected to have strong financial acumen. Must be completely competent and self-sufficient and have demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
