Junior Level:
Ability to analyze data (in the form of written reports or spreadsheets) in order to prioritize information for sorting and organized research.
Assist senior specialists with assessments and analysis of collected information.
Candidate should be capable with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must be willing to travel.
Position will require successful completion of background investigations up to and/or including National Security clearances.

Mid-Level:

Ability to lead junior staff conducting security assessments and writing of assessment reports. Candidate should have experience in performing security and vulnerability assessments following customer guidelines such as Risk Assessment Methodology-Transmission (RAM-T), CARVER and other nationally recognized benchmarks.
Candidate must be able to produce written reports and briefs to Sr. Management level customers. Certified Protection Professional, Physical Security Professional or similar certification is strongly desired.
A general knowledge of the NERC CIP standards is preferred. Must be willing to travel.
Position will require successful completion of background investigations up to and/or including National Security clearances.

Qualifications
Senior Level:
Ability to lead junior staff conducting security assessments, writing assessment reports and assisting the client prepare evidence for the regulatory authority.
Must meet all qualifications of the mid-level specialist.
Candidate should have experience withNERC, NRC, DOE, DHS, Coast Guard or other regulatory audits.
Experience with presenting evidence during an audit is preferred.
Must have a working knowledge of the NERC CIP standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead and communicate effectively with senior management, company subject matter experts, and executives.
Must possess well-developed skills in interpersonal relations, negotiation ability, and oral/written communications.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams. Certified Protection Professional, Physical Security Professional, Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional or similar certification is strongly desired. Must be willing to travel.

A high level of verbal and written communications is key to attain Mid-Level and Senior Level opportunities.
Effective communications are important with C-level executives as well as operational support personnel, the ability to read your audience and convey the appropriate message is critical.
Your communication skills will be vital in improving business relationships and providing consultative solutions to our customers needs.
