We are an established Loss Prevention Company, looking to hire a qualified Security Site Manager to oversee and have knowledge of supervising and managing security staff for Warehouse/Distribution Centers located in Monroe, Ohio.

The Job is paying $35,000-40,000 per year.

Qualifications:
-Must have Flexible schedule: able to work nights, weekends, and Holidays. On call 24/7 !!
-Must be able to pass drug screening as well as a criminal background check.
-Must have up to date DMV id.
-Must have a minimum of 5 years Logistics, Security, Warehouse Management, or Law Enforcement experience.
-Must posses strong communication skills, ( Verbal & Written )
-Must possess strong computer skills.
-Ability to interact with the client and the public in a direct and professional manner, strong interpersonal skills.
-Bi lingual is a plus.
-Must have reliable transportation. ( Own personal vehicle )


Job Responsibilities:
-Incoming Vendor Audits ( Receiving )
-Incoming Truck Audits ( Shipping )
-Scheduled tours of Facility.
-Securing guard booth 24/7.
-Management of facility and security staff, Inbound/outbound shipping.
-Oversee and manage seals program.
-Disciplinary action.
