Position Duties:
· Provide access control, personnel protection, and emergency response for
executives, executive assistants, and visitors to the executive floors and executive garage areas
· Provide executive residential security services including monitoring of security cameras and specialized equipment
· Conduct foot patrols of interior and exterior areas and report unusual observations.
· Provide driving services for top level executives
· Provide emergency notifications to all levels of management and key personnel.
· Monitor CCTV system
· Report and follow-up on maintenance issues for your facility
· May perform badge access coordinator responsibilities for the assigned facility
· Performs daily security risk assessment of specified areas or in advance of events to ensure appropriate level of security
· Protect company classified and sensitive information with confidentiality
· Attend all mandated Corporate Security and Fire training sessions (e.g., State 330, Annual MCOLE, CPR/AED, etc.)
Additional Responsibilities:
· Provide telephone service and support in a call center environment to direct fire, medical, security responses and facility-related issues
· Monitor Fire and Security Alarm Systems, Access Control System, Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and radio communications systems
· Perform Security/Fire dispatching to appropriate company and municipal emergency responses
· Provide emergency notifications to all levels of management and key personnel
· Review, maintain and compile daily activity logs, as required
· Protect company classified and sensitive information with confidentially
· Perform First Level support for end user and field technicians for card access, intrusion, or CCTV equipment problems
Minimum Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED
· Concealed Pistol License (CPL) or meet the State requirements to obtain one
· Basic level user of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in law enforcement
· Minimum 5 years’ good driving record with valid Michigan Operator's License
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to function under pressure and stressful emergency situations i.e. medical, fire, security, or other life threatening situations
· Ability to work off-shifts, weekends and holidays (24/7 365 days a year) and change shifts as required in a temporary full time capacity with the opportunity for permanent hire
· Ability to transfer roles and responsibilities within the organization as an Executive Security Driver, Residential Security, and Executive Security Coordinator
· Ability to meet physical requirements of the job such as standing, walking, stairs, and self-defense tactics
