Government Security is currently in need of a Senior Security Manager
to function in the capacity of Corporate Facility Security Officer
(FSO).
This position is for an experienced, senior level National Industrial Security Program (NISP) professional who shall function as the senior security manager and representative to the U.S. Government for AECOM Technology Corporation (an Excluded Parent), Excluded intermediate parents and FSO for multiple Cleared Subsidiaries. The incumbent shall strategically partner with fellow security professionals, business management, technical staff, and functional counterparts.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
•Implement a security program that is compliant with NISP and contractual requirements of AECOM’s broad customer base that includes the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense and numerous other federal civilian agencies;
•Function as the on-site liaison between Corporate Headquarters elements (e.g., Legal, Compliance, etc.) and AECOM Government Security leadership;
•Lead and manage day-to-day security business operations as a value-added member of the functional support team, supporting proposal activities and executing existing programs, facilitating personnel security actions, maintaining all classified information, liaising with government security representatives, and addressing information systems security approvals in coordination with an assigned Information Systems Security personnel;
•Represent Security to Line Management strategic business planning, capital investment decisions, and proposal support and contribution;
•Collaborate with security, functional peers and government counterparts to deliver outstanding security management and leadership in the areas of compliance, business operations, and strategic planning;
•Identify relevant training and development paths to improve security’s ability to support the future direction of the business.
•The position will be based at AECOM Technology Corporation’s corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, CA and support numerous subsidiaries of AECOM Technology Corporation. The incumbent will report to the Associate Vice President, AECOM Government Security.

Desired Skills and Experience
•DOD Certified Facility Security Officer
•Complete working knowledge of governing regulations (e.g., NISPOM, JFANs, DC IDs, and IC Ds);
•Program security management (to include evaluation of security requirements within RFPs, writing security sections within proposals, and successful implementation of security requirements within classified contracts;
•Managerial, supervisory, leadership and mentoring;
•Thorough proficiency with JPAS, eFC L, MSOffice suite and either Access C ommander or SIMS;
•Budget and finance.
•Extensive knowledge of principles, concepts and techniques associated with acquisition security, program security, the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and Intelligence Community Directives (IC Ds) pertaining to security.
•U.S. Citizenship
•Must maintain a current TOP SEC RET personnel security clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain SC I eligibility
•Must be able to work beyond normal work hours when required.
•Requires a four year college degree and 8+ years of government / industry experience, to include a minimum of 2 years supervisory and management experience.
•Approximately 10%-20% travel will be required and will fluctuate based on business demands.
•Must be able to respond to the Los Angeles, CA facility for after-hour emergencies within 1 hour.
