The Role:
The Manager, Corporate Security and Safety will report to the Senior Director and will assist
in the creation and execution of the global security strategy and programs – identifying, developing, implementing and influencing security processes across Live Nation Entertainment sites and businesses worldwide region to reduce risk, respond to incidents and limit exposure to liability in all areas throughout the region.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of law enforcement experience or a related, applicable profession.
Demonstrated experience developing, implementing and managing enterprise-wide physical security programs
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, management and department heads while projecting a positive image
Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to manage and motivate employees required.
Foreign language skills are desirable
Proven track record for providing world class customer service
Successful candidate must pass a background check

Job Requirements :
Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of appropriate security plans for each of Live Nation Entertainment’s office locations around the world included but not limited to security guards, badge access, CCTV, monitoring, response and other devices as needed
Under the supervision of the Senior Director, will provide guidance for Facilities and Project Management personnel on required security for all new sites and expansions
Provide executive protection
Offer expertise in large event security and crowd control as opportunities arise
Have a thorough understanding of federal, state and local laws regarding criminal and civil violations, and a thorough knowledge of investigative techniques and judicial processes
Maintain the existing high level of cooperation and collaboration between the Corporate Security and Safety Department and the surrounding Law Enforcement agencies
Report incidents as needed and Investigate all Security and Safety events
Participate in the investigative functions related to the Corporate Security and Safety Department.
Prepare investigative reports for the Senior Director or other appropriate Corporate Officers demonstrating strong verbal and written skills
Coordinate with related on-going investigations, prepare appropriate reports and files, and prioritize workflow
Assist with special projects as assigned; prepare complex and sensitive reports
Position is a combination of assisting in strategic planning as well as security and safety operations
Assist in Developing appropriate security policy and procedures for each site as it relates to visitor access, vendor access etc.
Coordinates and/or provides direction for installation and setup of necessary security systems for all new sites, expansions, personnel moves etc.
Assist in the Development of policy and procedures for physical site security needs including employee, and vendor badge access levels
Be a key member of the global emergency response team and involvement with emergency responses in progress
Assist in the development of advance site security awareness and training programs for LNE sites globally
Assist other members of the Corporate Security and Compliance department as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
