The successful candidate is expected to create, establish, implement and verify compliance with security programs across the security spectrum to include: security guard services, physical security design standards, security awareness training, workplace violence, safety, etc. These programs are expected to leverage technology and systems to create automate processes and support systems that are sustainable and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
The Security Manger of Security is fully take responsibility for high efficient and effective operational on all security system and promote & control all employees, sub contractors, vendors, guest and visitors to comply and follow up Security rules and regulations
To control and maintain Plant Security at all times and loss prevention routines are carried out in line with policy.
To investigate all security incidents in line with company policy, criminal and employment law.
Continuous generating and creating new security procedure , work instruction for implementing higher leverage security performance control
Managing and controlling all importance procedure of security to meet and comply well operating such as delivery procedure , visitor procedure , operational of high security area-Production, Gate house procedure, Audit procedures-High Security area, Emergency Procedures
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must be experienced person with a proven successful track record within a similar Security Manager role in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in security or related field
10 years of Experience in one or all of the following disciplines; corporate security management, security and asset policy development, guard force utilization, and physical security infrastructure design.
Demonstrated working knowledge of Workplace Incident Management, Emergency Response, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity
Proven ability to accurately take decisive action based on available information in a timely manner
Analytical leader experienced in performance based, action and results oriented management, strong project manager and effective problem-solver.
Good command in English
