Decypher is seeking Investigative Screener Team Lead candidates to provide support services for the Air Force at Al Udeid AB, Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Lead for the operation of a Locally Employed Person Screening Cell at military facilities
Quality inspector of services and work products at assigned location. Reports any findings to the Project Lead and coordinates scheduled quality control visits.
Document deficiencies, proficiencies, and any incidents and implements any remedial steps as necessary to improve performance
Maintain current passport and visa requirements for team members prior to and throughout deployment to the USCENTCOM/AFCENT AOR
Maintain medical and dental requirements for team members prior to and throughout deployment to the USCENTCOM/AFCENT AOR
Support the Screening Team as a Screener when time allows. Provide screening for non-government, locally employed laborers and workers. Screenings include an in depth interview, records checks, biometric enrollment with the potential of administration of a polygraph examination
Structure interviews to create a professional and respectful environment. Utilize rapport building techniques to build trust with the applicant. Help applicant understands the purpose of the interview and how the information from the interview will be utilized
This position will be located on a US military facility, and requires someone dedicated to providing the highest quality support to our deployed US Military. The position requires the ability to communicate with and respond to all levels of personnel and foreign national personnel with dignity and respect.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must have one of the following:
Be Civilian equivalent of AFOSI (7S071 skill set) or Naval Criminal investigative Service or Army CID, or,
USAF AFSC 3P0X1 (security forces) with 5 years law enforcement or investigations experience, or,
USA MOS 35L/M, 180 A, 18F, 35E (Strategic Debriefer or individual with similar skill set) with a minimum of 4 years field experience (not including training time).
Must have experience with screening, screening tasks, and/or investigative questioning techniques and knowledge of SIPRNet search engines and database retrieval tools such as QueryTree and M3
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years equivalent work experience
No criminal record
At least 22 years of age
U.S. Citizen
Possess a current passport
Pass a standard physical examination that includes, at a minimum: medical history, height, weight, blood pressure, HIV antibody, and chest x-ray
Have all required immunizations prior to deployment
Free from any communicable diseases, and in general good health
Possess binocular vision correctable to 20/30 (Snellen) and be free of color blindness
Be capable of hearing ordinary conversation at 15 feet with either ear, with or without the benefit of a hearing aid
