Job Summary:

AS Solution is seeking qualified male and female applicants for a full-time agent position with our covert protection team. This position is located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The successful candidate must be highly motivated and have to ability to develop low profile protection and surveillance skills. This is a dynamic team requiring flexibility and an ability to adapt to changing operational requirements as directed by client needs. The successful candidate will undergo AS Solution and client designed training programs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Reports to client Protective Services Manager
Conducts international travel operations in both permissive and non-permissive environments
Safeguards and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information
Conducts ongoing threat, risk and vulnerability assessments
Conducts protective advance operations
Follows client specified standard operating procedures
Will maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance (must pass AS Solution and client physical fitness testing)
Must be able to develop sufficient firearms skills within the probation period to pass an in-house firearms qualification

The ideal candidate should be able to / should possess:
3+ years corporate and/or high net worth executive protection experience on a global level
Experience working in clandestine/covert environments is desired but not required
Experience conducting surveillance and/or surveillance detection is desired but not required
A graduate of a reputable executive protection training school
Extensive international travel experience with corporate and/or high net worth clients
Ability to work autonomous, domestic and international
Accustomed to operating in a high tempo environment
Have an operational understanding of today’s technology across all platforms
Strong writing and interpersonal skills
Advanced medical and evasive driving experience
Proficient in Protective Intelligence
Fluently read, speak and write the English language
Previous Military, Law Enforcement, Government Agency experience a plus but not required
A minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required
Photography experience is advantageous.
Candidates with diverse experience in outdoor activities, such as mountain biking, photography, hiking, survival, ocean sports etc. are encouraged to apply.
NR-First Responder or EMT a plus but not required
Current CA BSIS Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit is Required at the time of employment
Have a current understanding of all local and state use of force laws
Possess a valid and current driver license


Compensation and Schedule:
$85,000 Annual Per Hour during probationary period and the potential to $110,000 Annual after probationary period
Competitive benefits package
Must be willing to work a 5 day work cycle, 8 hours per day, with the possibility of overtime and flexibility to work extra hours upon client request.
