Job Summary

Apple is looking for a leader with a deep background in providing security services to employees of a multinational company in APAC, incident command, program building ,and guarding service management. We need an expert to help develop the our physical security capabilities, increase the efficiency and effectiveness of security for our employees, and manage critical incidents affecting Apple on the local, regional and global levels. The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience, top flight writing skills, an amazing personality, the ability to connect with employees at all levels, and a work ethic that won’t quit.

Key Qualifications
Five years of relevant experience or 10 years relevant experience, with demonstrated organizational and leadership success
Excellent writing skills; ability to critically review and edit the work of others
Prior security program management background
Strong interpersonal skills required to establish and maintain positive relationships with other Apple employees throughout the world; international experience preferred
Experience presenting to large groups and senior executives
Background formulating, implementing and critically reviewing security plans
Experience conducting physical security assessments
Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
Handle on-call responsibilities
Travel 30-50% of the time

Description
Strong knowledge of security and safety risks across the region Build relationships with law enforcement, government agencies and security professionals throughout the region Assess, vet and manage security guarding vendors in each country Work with Apple colleagues across the region to develop a high level command of Apple’s business and needs in the region Develop a strong understanding of growth and development plans Manage the daily security operations, including management of the security operations center and contract security guarding deployment Develop, implement and maintain site-specific security procedures Prepare operation orders for, and direct security vendors to support, special events Coordinate with human resources, employee relations, and legal on security-related issues involving Apple employees and third parties Build relationships with business unit representatives, facilities personnel, contract guards and other vendors to understand the environment and special security needs within each building and for each business group Review and approve security requests for short term and non-recurring assignments Work with leaders from the business units who request security services to ensure each assignment and the scope of work are well planned and executed
