Description:

The Joint Deployable Intelligence Support Systems Joint Program Office (JDISS JPO) requires an Application Specialist to providing training support for Global Command and Control System (GCCS) Intelligence, Imagery and Information (I3) Family of Systems (FoS), to include Agile Client. The candidate will be working closely with GCCS operators both military and civilian in support of the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) based in Tampa, FL. At least half of the required support is OCONUS directly supporting customer sites in Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain and Afghanistan.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of GCCS FoS applications.
- Plan and coordinate with GCCS administrators on systems issues and installations.
- Perform routine site visits / maintain continuous direct contact with customers.
- Perform operator troubleshooting.
- Meet government and corporate administrative deployment readiness timelines.
- Provide dedicated customer support.

Additional duties:
- Submit weekly written reports on customer support/activity.
- Assist team/operators with operator/training documentation, as required.
- Perform yearly applications skills testing to maintain and demonstrate applications knowledge.
- Identify and report applications issues and new customer requirements.


Required Qualifications:
- TS/SCI clearance required.
- Ability to deploy a minimum of twice a year within USCENTCOM AOR (min 6 months of each year).
- Military experience or GCCS-J-specific work experience (minimum of two years).
- Valid passport or proof that a valid passport can be obtained.
The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client.
