Qualifications:

Min 2 yrs security experience as an Armed SPO within the last 2 years
Min 2 yrs experience working in a commercial Class A and Level IV, federal or state office building

Additional requirements to include:
Ability to act professionally & courteously when meeting and communicating with judges, judiciary employees, government personnel and the general public
Ability to understand, explain, interpret and apply rules, regulations, directives and procedures
Possess poise, self-confidence, and the ability to make sound decisions and react quickly under stressful conditions
Ability to prepare clear and concise reports
Ability to learn and adapt to changing situations
Ability to accept and respond to instruction and direction
