Job Summary
This position is located in Mannheim Germany and is contingent upon contract award.
The Security Manager is responsible for all APS2 - European Activity Set - security activities for this project.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for all security measures, inspections, investigations and reporting by the security specialists for all assigned sites in accordance with customer and company requirements.
Ensures compliance with government and company security regulations, policies and procedures.
Reviews and investigates non-compliance issues.
Establishes inspection schedules, reviews results and makes recommendations for security.
enhancements to the Program Manager.
Ensures all inspections, checks, reviews, and investigations of any security incidents are completed to standard and on time.
Provides and coordinates mandatory training activities in security education as required.
Provides and coordinates supplemental security training as needed.
Develops, recommends and procures training materials as needed and monitors the effectiveness of security related training program.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements
At least fifteen years of experience in Army or DOD physical security directly related to a similar effort; in-depth knowledge of DOD government security regulations;
Must be a U.S. Citizenship and a SECRET security clearance is required.
Position will require the ability to pass a pre-employment drug-screen and a government background check.
Candidates must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree is preferred.
