Physical Security Manager

Rapidly growing International Security Services Company has a unique opportunity for qualified candidates. We seek a dynamic and highly motivated individual to manage the security program for our Fortune 500 client sites located in Memphis with complex and sophisticated servicing needs. Responsibilities
· Manage security program of our client’s multiple sites
· Establish security policies and procedures
· Create and implement emergency response protocol for security staff
· Manage a staff of over 150 employees, including all personnel related matters
· Establish site specific cutting edge initial and on-going training programs
· Assist company in meeting revenue and profit goals
Requirements
· While a four-year bachelor’s degree is preferred, it is not required
· Must have at least 7+ years of experience in one or all of the following disciplines: Corporate Security Management, Security and Asset Policy Development, Transportation/Supply Chain Security, Guard Force Utilization and Investigations
· Minimum of 7+ years as a Security Manager for a multi-location corporate campus
· Strong customer service skills
· Experience conducting vulnerability (risk) assessments
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
· Demonstrated strong leadership ability
· Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Experience and ability to work in an extremely fast paced work environment
· Must be self-motivated with a high degree of initiative
