Security Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationship with client.
* Identify client's needs and problems; create solutions for immediate correction.
* Design security programs/plans to protect and minimize risks to client's facilities.
* Recruit select, hire and train prospective employees for office and client needs.
* Train security personnel on operational functions specific to client's needs.
* Develop security procedures for security personnel assigned to client facilities.
* Conduct security surveys and threat assessments for customers.
* Ensure retention of both client and security officers.
* Recommend/ implement innovative and progressive ideas to maximize efficiency.
* Ensure company's policies, procedures and quality assurance standards are met.

Requirements:
5+ years of Law Enforcement, Security Supervisor/Manager or Military commensurate experience Must posses excellent leadership, verbal and written skills.


$30000 to $35000 yearly salary – Salary commensurate with experience

Physical Security Manager
