Security Operations Manager- Santa Rosa

Responsibilities
· Staff and schedule Security Professionals for posts following detailed company scheduling concept
· Validate payroll timekeeping and control all branch overtime
· Conduct employee relations following legal requirements and company guidelines
· Deliver superior customer service
· Interview and select Security Professionals utilizing our on- line Applicant Tracking System
· Maintain proper documentation of employee files
· Produce timely weekly reports
· Conduct and record employee orientation and training sessionsQualifications
Previous supervisory experience within the security industry preferred
Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Effective time management to frequent deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate with strong MS Office and ability to learn and adapt to new systems
Professional demeanor and appearance
Clean driving record
College degree is a plus
Must possess a valid Guard License, OR be willing to apply and be issued such a license prior to employment. Universal Protection Service may assist with this process
