Job Description
We are immediately hiring an Antiterrorism / Force Protection Specialist for our offices in Arlington, VA. This is a direct, full time position with our company, working onsite with one of our Federal clients. This is a full time, direct position with Frontier Systems Integrator, in a federal contractor position onsite with a DoD Agency. Qualified individuals will be responsible for activities related to reviewing DoD policies, plans, and procedures (P3) that impact an AT/FP program. The person in this role is also responsible for providing Annual Level 1 AT/FP, and specific foreign country travel briefings in support of the agency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring that AT/FP policies, plans, and procedures are in compliance with appropriate DOD requirements Responsible for performing the following duties and may perform other duties as designated by the PM or other responsible personnel. Develop, and recommend to the government, AT/FP policies and procedures to include an AT plan, AT/FP Standard Operating Procedures and appropriate Security Instructions Implement and/or oversee the implementation of the actions and activities required by DoD Conduct AT risk management activities by systematically identifying, assessing, and managing risks arising from operational factors and making recommendations to the government to enable decisions that balance risk and cost with mission benefits Develop and recommend for approval criticality and vulnerability assessments that address the effect(s) to the client’s mission. Assist in developing and recommending Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and Commander’s Critical Information Requirements (CCIR) Assist in preparing the AT/FP budget Attend and participate in AT/FP related meetings with internal and external agencies Provide foreign travel briefings to senior level personnel Assist in developing and maintaining the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), Continuity of Government (COG) Plan, the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) Plan, the Shelter-in Place (SIP) Program, and other programs as required
