Our National Security Global Business is currently seeking Military Requirements Analyst . This position is located in Natick, MA .
Candidates should have a background in Scenario and Use Case Development / Requirements Analysis.
Principal responsibilities are to serve as requirements analyst to the Soldier Capabilities Integration Cell Strategic Plans & Programs Office at the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Research Development Engineering Center (NSRDEC).
Specific responsibilities include:
Assist the Requirements Team Leader in the establishing operational scenarios and use case development in support of three Technology Enabled Capability Demonstrations (TeCD); Soldier Physical Load, Soldier and Small Unit Protection and Small Unit Basing Sustainability.Provide operational expertise to the Technology Enabled Capability Demonstration program leads to identify operationally relevant demonstrations and assist in planning and organizing the demonstrations to fulfill program objectives
Conduct detailed analysis to bridge TRADOC defined doctrine, current technology solutions, and desired operational capabilities to ensure the Technology Enabled Capability Demonstrations aligned with operational needs of the Army.
Serve as a subject matter expert for operational scenario and use case development, including analyzing technical or product improvement changes.
Perform analytical and evaluative assignments in support of applicable programs and operational requirements.
Promote the exchange of information among key stakeholders in validating the operational views for force application.
Manage assigned tasks on projects with responsibility for budget and schedule compliance.
Contribute to project development and client relationship activities as directed.
Improve performance in technical activities through job training and outside studies.
THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:
Knowledge and competence in the analysis of operational requirements and capabilities desired by the military user and the Army.
Knowledge in the analysis of operational requirements and capabilities for the military.
Knowledge of equipment and Small Unit Operations (e.g., contingency basing, integration of emerging communications, targeting, enemy intelligence, mission command, individual weapons, CBRNE, sensors, enemy / threat capabilities, unattended robotic assets, personnel protective equipment, and interface with current and emerging vehicles) that could be used in a given operational scenario is required, as is a basic understanding of emerging and new Soldiers technologies and capabilities.
Knowledge and skill in applying analytical techniques and evaluative methods concerning operational scenarios and the structure and skill requirements of the various military.
BS Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant military operational experience.
Extensive military operational experience may be considered in lieu of BS degree.
Recent operational experience in IRAQ /Afghanistan is desired.
