WBB is a technical and management consulting company that provides innovative products and services that solve government and commercial customer&rsquos toughest problems For more than 30 years WBB has set the standard for excellence in consulting services while providing its employeeowners with an outstanding work environment with ample opportunities for growth and success WBB continues to enjoy impressive growth which is directly attributed to the company&rsquos hiring practice of always hiring the very best professionals from government military and industry MINIMUM CLEARANCE REQUIRED Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access (TSSCI) Description Key Role WBB is seeking a Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Subject Matter Expert to support the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation&rsquos (CAPE) Simulation Analysis Center (SAC) The SAC is responsible for performing capability weapons system force structure and readiness analyses and assessments of joint mission and theaterlevel military The individual filling this position would provide subject matter expertise while collecting and interpreting data assisting other SAC analysts in the development of valid operational insights in ongoing analyses and participating in SAC war games Qualifications Basic Qualifications Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access (TSSCI) Bachelor&rsquos degree A minimum of 7 years of experience in military analyses Capability to effectively collect and interpret data assist other SAC analysts in the development of valid operational insights in ongoing analyses provide operational perspective in support of SAC war games and provide inputs into studies and study reports as needed Knowledge and experience assisting studies relating to ISR performance to include but not limited to satellite systems and unmanned platforms Ability to perform in a fastpaced and continually evolving operational environment Strong communication skills (listening writing and briefing) Experience developing and presenting briefs to senior personnel Competent in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook) Additional Qualifications OSD CAPE experience a plus Bachelors or Masters of Science degree in Operations Research (MSOR) or a scientific technical engineering or mathematics (STEM) substitute is highly desired Job Title Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Subject Matter Expert Key Words Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance ISR OSD CAPE Primary Location Arlington Virginia Travel 5 We are proud of our diverse environment and are an Equal Opportunity Employer WBB is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity WBB participates in EVerify
