Position Qualifications:Over 10 years of experienceExperience supporting program activities within a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and/or a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF)Description of Duties: Supports all program activities within a SCIF or SAPF in support of the Special Security Office (SSO), Fort WashingtonImplements the Department of Defense (DoD) National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Supplement, as the baseline for daily SAP security administrationSubject Matter Expert (SME) for all Communications Security (COMSEC) requirements to meet mission needs. Monthly support for COMSEC is needed at a ratio of 30%.Create, review, update and maintain contract documents, program security classification guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), AISSP and Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD Form 254) to ensure security requirements and classification guidance are specified and properly implementedWithin 45 days of being assigned, be familiar with ISSO Security Guidance, SCIF SOPs, Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and opening/closing of facilitiesPerform a broad range of ISSO security actionsEnsures the protection of national security information by actively working with Government Program Manager (PGM), SSO and other ISSO Security Support personnel to identify and address daily contractual, personnel, physical, AIS and SCI/SAP administration issues in accordance with NISPOM, DCIDs (i.e. DCID 6/3, 6/4, 6/9), JAFAN 6/4 when it involves Tier determinations, and M-1 policy/proceduresMaintain appropriate records of completed ISSO SCIF semi-annual alarm testing/response force test, annual self inspections, security refresher training, random searches, combination changes, receipts and external facilities locations, accreditations, indoctrinations, inspections/staff assistance visits and Close-out informationAssist in the development of OPSEC, test, movement and transitioning plansParticipate in Program Review and assist the Government PM with preparation of scheduled USD(I) Special Access Program Oversight Committee (SAPOC)Ensures proper classification markings, wrapping, handling, couriering, accountability, destruction, and records maintenance/disposition of all classified informationApprove movement of all items into and out of a ISSO SCIF to include electronic equipment, furniture, automated data processing equipment (ADPE) and storage mediaInvestigate and report all security violationsSubject Matter Expert (SME) on topics that include, but not limited to: Program Access Request (PAR) processingSecurity Classification Guidance (SCG), classification, downgrading and declassification, public releaseAnti-terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP)Information managementFacility/AIS accreditationsPhysical Personnel SecurityCommunication Security (COMSEC)Program Protection Plans (PPP)Operation Security (OPSEC)Counter-Intelligence (CI), cover stories, storage, control and/or accountabilityTransmission, couriering, DD-254, Co-Use Agreements (CUAs), concept validationsVisitor/access controlSecurity education, training and awareness program support and indoctrination/debriefing of personnelLocation:Washington, DC Trinity Technology Group is an Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer.
