Job Description:
Due to our tremendous growth, we are recruiting for Operations Managers to include the North Bay, Sacramento and the Central Valley. Bay Area based candidates are encourage to apply as well as existing managers may transfer to these markets.OVERVIEW: Ensure
corporate and branch operations are conducted according to company
standards. Provide a leadership role in
ensuring continuity between management, supervisory, and line personnel. Ensure all personnel maintain focus on the
division’s primary function, to provide the best-uniformed security services
available.
DUTIES:
Oversee corporate administrative support operations. Ensure all corporate personnel have well
defined job descriptions and are performing to company standards. Maintain a professional work environment and
address personnel issues or concerns as needed.
Oversee branch operations. Conduct monthly field
inspections of each branch office to ensure business is being conducted
according to company standards. Make
sure each branch office is maintaining a clean and professional work
environment. Address personnel issues or
concerns as needed.

branch office to ensure business is being conducted according to company

is maintaining a clean and professional work environment. Address personnel
issues or concerns as needed.
Oversee field supervision and quality control. Ensure field supervision is a top priority
for all managers and field supervisors.
Make sure all field supervisors are performing to company
standards. Ensure all management
personnel are directly involved with field supervision and maintain a strong
uniformed presence in the field. Meeting with all primary Field Supervisors on
a regular basis to encourage an aggressive team approach to maintain the
highest quality of service.
Oversee scheduling and overtime. Review biweekly payroll reports and work with
Schedulers to make adjustments for billed overtime. Examine current recruitment
efforts of each branch office whose overtime is above company standards. Address management concerns regarding
scheduling practices as needed.
Oversee contracts administration and billing procedures. Review monthly billing reports and ensure
continuity between accounting and Central Station in regards to active
accounts. Investigate any significant
discrepancies between income reflected on monthly billing report and
corresponding P & L generated by the accounting department. Address any concerns the accounting
department may have with regard to billing.
Oversee forms administration. Approve the creation of new forms, or the
modification to existing forms, and provide final review before distribution. Ensure all forms are created using a standard
format and are kept on disc cataloged by form number.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedure
(SOP) by critical examination of existing practices. Document and streamline the most efficient
method for each job function using constructive input from all personnel
responsible for that function. Ensure
all personnel are trained and performing their job according to company
standards.
Desired Skills & Experience
Must have a mininum of two years of securit management experience. Experience in a branch office is a plus
Compensation - commesurate with experience and includes monthly bonuses and commissions.
