We have an immediate openingfor a Director of Corporate Security and Safety , responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and managing standarized industrial security and safety operations across the company. The position ensures all regulatory measures are effectively implemented in accordance with government requirements. The Director of Corporate Security and Safety serves as adviser to the management staff on security matters and will act as principal liaison to senior government and contractor security officials. In addition, this position is responsible for leading the Facility Security Officer’s (FSO’s) in establishing and maintaining company-wide policies and practices in compliance with the National Industrial Security Program and a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.

Bachelor’s degree desired in a related field 10+ years of relevant experience in DoD and special access contractor program security environment Must have work experience in a government contractor environment US citizenship required Top Secret government personnel security clearance with eligibility for SCI access required Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, management, and leadership skills required

Up to 25% travel within the US required
Job location in Northridge , CA or Arlington , VA.
