Minimum Requirements: Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
• Perform additional biometric operations related duties as required.
• Experience with operating handheld electronic devices, cameras and computer systems.
• Intermediate level competency in Photoshop or other graphics suites and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Fluent in the English Language.
• US Citizenship.
• SECRET Security Clearance“Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English”
Job Description: This position is contingent upon contract award.The Biometric Enroller enrolls badge applicants into the biometric enterprise as the first step in the biometric enrollment, vetting and adjudication process. A collateral duty of Biometric Enrollers will be to issue Smart Access Cards/Badges to Department of State (DoS) personnel as required. This position will work closely with other Enrollers, a Site Lead and a technical Field Service Representative to ensure that the biometric enrollment process is accurate, complete and secure.
In addition, this position may be required to travel to other DoS locations to support, train and backfill as necessary.

Responsibilities:
• Badge application intake, management and tracking.
• Initial and supplementary biometric enrollment and verification by collecting iris and fingerprints using the enrollment system and peripherals.
• Assistance in the screening and vetting process to ensure all access requirements are met.
• Communicate with the DoS customer, Badge sponsor and other authorities as necessary.
• Submit and monitor the application in the biometric enterprise using the required process.
• Oversee badge printing and issue process.
• Collaborate with team members and management as required for reporting and documentation.
• Perform other related duties as required.
