Responsibilities
The Wexford Group International is seeking Special Operations Professionals/ Operational Advisors to provide direct support to the US Army as a member of a mixed active duty and consultant team. Personnel will perform tasks directly related to Department of Defense initiatives and will be part of a
unique asymmetric organization combining their skills as seasoned senior level consultants with those of active duty military.

These positions require experts broadly gauged and experienced in unconventional and asymmetric warfare, Infantry tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP), intelligence and fusion operations, counter terrorism, and planning. Individuals work independently or in small groups observing, developing and disseminating information on capability gaps and asymmetric threats to enhance effectiveness to sustain US force readiness.

Special Operations Professionals/ Operational Advisors routinely integrate with US and NATO Forces, across the operational continuum identifying, developing and integrating best practices for current and future global operations. Individuals are expected to possess interpersonal and critical thinking skills, initiative, and an ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership. Personnel will perform global missions in various remote and often austere locations including current and future threat environments like the Middle East, Africa, the Pacific, and Central/South America.

This position does not require relocation.

Experience and Education:
-Recent experience performing missions supporting the Global War on Terrorism with CONUS and OCONUS tours at various operational levels (Team, Troop, Battalion, Brigade or above) that include a mix of direct combat, operational planning, intelligence and training is preferred.
-Prior assignment with Special Mission Units desired, not required.
-Minimum 10 years experience with Special Operations Forces required.
-Senior NCO (E-8/9), CWO (CW2-5) or Officer (O-4/5) with successful, demonstrated leadership is highly encouraged.
-Multi-disciplined qualifications in combat arms, intelligence, and small unit tactics.
-Effective written and oral communications skills required. Foreign language skills a plus.
-Clearance requirements: Current TS/SCI or ability to obtain TS/SCI.
