Enbridge Energy Company, Inc., a leader in crude oil and natural gas transportation, gathering and processing, is currently seeking a Security Coordinator for our Superior, WI location.
Responsibilities
Primary Focus:
Develops and expands the Liquids Pipelines Security Program. Providing support to LP Regions and Projects regarding Security issues and assessments. Direct and support Regional and Operations Services clients to meet their security needs and requirements
Specific Accountabilities:
Directs, Leads and ensures appropriate and timely response to stakeholders regarding reactive or proactive intervention regarding Security issues and or threats.
Leads, Develops and Enhances the LP Security, Program, Standards and Policies.
Works with Regional Stakeholders on Facility Criticality Assessments and supports or implements follow through actions
Leads and Supports Security Vulnerability Assessments in line with Corporate and Liquids Pipelines Security Program expectations
Directs, develops and manages risk management planning process in line with Corporate Security program.
Responsible for review and update of Security within the Integrated Contingency Plan
Owns and updates the LP Security plan/guidelines
Ensures all applicable Enbridge Corporate Security programs are adopted and carried out within LP.
Supports and provides feedback regarding Security issues on Project related matters and Deviation requests
Responds appropriately to Information Requests (IR’s) regarding Security.
Qualifications
Degree/Certificate in business, criminal justice or an equivalent combination of education and protection management experience.
10 years of progressively responsible experience in Security/protection or an equivalent combination of education, experience and certification
Effective verbal, presentation and written skills, computer skills, problem solving, project management and decision making skills
Knowledgeable in oil/gas pipeline operations
Enbridge technical background an asset
