A great opportunity to become a member of the Regional Security department. The ideal candidate should have great organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Code and process security related invoices for home and branch offices for the region
* Overall management of office functions within the Regional Security Department
* Organize meetings, events, and conference calls with senior management both globally and locally
* Coordinate and support internal programs of the department– Involved in coordination of security awareness programs, including employee orientation and CPR training
* Prepare meeting minutes and distribute to participants and/or staff
* Coordinate travel arrangements
* Process T&E expense reports
* Assist with additional projects as needed
* Maintain crisis call-out lists
* Maintain training requirements for the department.
Requirements
* 1-3 years experience supporting a team
* Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook a must)
* Excellent telephone and time management skills
* Must be proactive and work well in a team environment
