Description
This senior security management position will serve as the C2 Division Security Manager with responsibility to manager the security programs and security staff at multiple locations both CONUS and OCONUS. Position requires expertise in all disciplines of the security field with a heavy focus on the DOD and SAP community. This position will be required to interfaces with all levels of corporate, sector, division and government management personnel, and maintain the skill necessary to cultivate relationships for optimal contract security performance. Additionally, provide oversight and guidance to division international pursuits from a security perspective
Roles and Responsibilities:
This position will report directly to the Sector Program Security Director with dual reporting to the C2 Division Operations VP.
Collaborate effectively with his/her peers within the other divisions as well as the sector staff.
In addition to expertise in all disciplines of the security field, the successful candidate will possess a breadth of demonstrated business, financial, and management skills, knowledge, and abilities to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Interfaces with all levels of corporate and government management personnel.
Confident to make critical security decisions for dynamic business units that support high value contracts.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 15 years’ experience in security disciplines, such as Industrial Security (NISPOM), Physical Security, Personnel Security, Computer Security, Crisis Management, etc.
Minimum 8 years managerial experience.
Current Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
