Overview:
Training Analyst III – Contingent Upon Contract Award
Analyzes systems/user needs to assess training requirements; develops instructor and student curricula using formal process methods for assessment/design; creates materials, media, courseware, and delivery methods. Provides advice to program staff in areas of training course content, targeted instructor/student levels of skill/experience, selection of effective training mediums such as classroom /simulator/devices/On-the -Job. Provides formal/informal instruction to target groups using a variety of means/mediums, compiles analysis of effectiveness; tracks results to support curricula improvements/modifications. Understanding of logistics concepts, functional training capabilities required for life cycle sustainment, training analysis techniques, and industry/military logistics standards of practice.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and practical systems experience is required.Minimum Experience Requirements: At least ten (10) years progressive functional experience.
