Overview:
The Task Order Manager reports to the Director of Operations and serves as the representative for Special Programs. Provides staff leadership, contractual compliance and execution of objectives in accordance with company policy and procedures. Serves as a representative for all business, contract and operations related activities for the specified task order. Ensures unity of effort, economy of scale, continuity and efficiency of operations, resource conservation, and effective staff direction in support of the deployed staff's mission.



This role REQUIRES a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing program leadership; formulating and enforcing work standards; developing and maintaining deployment schedules for over 250+ operators; reviewing work discrepancies; supervising TO staff; communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates; and fostering an environment that breeds innovative solutions and approaches to manage and facilitate responses to senior management and client inquiries.
Maintain constant supervision and information flow with in-country management, deployed operators, and operators pending deployment to ensure program wide information is maintained with all personnel on a continual basis.
Prepare and manage project plans and status reports, coordinate cross–functional meetings to address any training and administrative needs of assigned personnel
Participate in regularly scheduled operational meetings with team leads and employees to provide updates on customer and corporate issues.
Allocate appropriate resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, manage processes to track Task Order staffing levels and forecast staffing requirements.
Track and manage Task Order Special Incentive Fee requirements to ensure full compliance and percentage goals are met in accordance with the SOW.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of government contracting, federal acquisition regulations, and the federal budget process
Ability to identify critical paths, contingency plans, and manages project risks
Must have excellent analytical, project management, and problem solving skills

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, at all levels
Must be organized, motivated, reliable, and responsible with superior interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of additional direct experience
5+ years experience in a similar role working a large scale program of 100+ personnel.
Active Top Secret Security Clearance
