Job Description
Linxx Global Solutions, a fast growing Government contracting company, with corporate offices located in Virginia Beach, VA, is currently looking for experienced weapons instructors to teach in the Gulfport, MS Fleet Concentration Area.
Responsibilities
Provide classroom and laboratory instruction for Expeditionary Combat Skills courses
Conduct training 8 hours a day, five days a week for the length of the course
Adhere to and maintain academic standards and provide remediation for students when required
Maintain an orderly and professional classroom, as well as prepare classrooms, labs, ranges, equipment and course material for instructional delivery of curriculum
Maintain proper dress code and grooming standards
Other duties as assigned Required Skills
Candidate Qualifications
Recent combat experience with a minimum of 3 years active duty (Iraq and Afghanistan – other areas considered on case by case basis) with documented Combat First Aid training and experience in a combat first aid role overseas

Candidate Qualifications

OR-
Recent combat experience (Iraq and Afghanistan – other areas considered on case by case basis) with EMT certification and 3 years EMT experience as first responder in U.S.
Knowledge of basic and advanced training techniques
Knowledge of computer technology application as it applies to instructional presentation and the use of classroom training aids
Possess above average communication skills and the ability to comprehend both verbal and written instructions
Current certification by the Naval Occupational Medicine Institute (NOMI) in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) is highly desirable
Must be a U.S. citizen
Be willing and able to pass a medical screening, psychological evaluation and drug screen
Basic First Aid Certification
Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation CPR) Certification
Be familiar with basic map reading skills and able to navigate with a map and compass over unfamiliar terrain during both day and night courses
Be familiar with US Armed Forces standard CBRNE MOPP levels and recovery TTPs for wounded personnel in MOPP conditions
Possess fitness and conditioning to support the level of instruction. Must be capable of performing all training evolutions, including the ability to effectively complete weapons qualifications in the standing, kneeling and prone positions, and walk for long periods of time on uneven terrain during land navigation exercises
Be able to pass a background check and eligible to obtain a Secret clearance
