Position Summary: 
TigerSwan is seeking a female Executive Protection Agent responsible for the protection of TigerSwan’s female clients as they conduct business domestically. This is due to gender access requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform effective high threat protection measures to insure the security of the Executive
• Act as technical expert on all personnel security matters
• Assess and mitigate security threats in real time
• Perform daily duties including communications protection, analysis and assessment of risk, threat, vulnerability, as well as route preparation, and operational implementation of various security measures, as well as movement control
• Prepare and present briefings, as needed, on personnel security matters or attend meetings for advisory purposes
• Maintain high level of confidentiality
• Foster an environment of trust and confidence through exemplary integrity and professionalism
• Travel as necessary to provide protection and conduct advances
• Available on-call for emergencies and be adaptable to constantly changing schedules which may include overtime hours, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:
• Prior Personnel Security Detail experience in a high threat environment
• Must be a citizen of the U.S.
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in executive protection, law enforcement, investigations, military, or physical asset security is required
• Must be physically and mentally fit to U.S. military standards
• Must display weapons proficiency with contract mandated weaponry (will be tested)
• Must understand personal protection concepts and have experience in international and domestic travel assignments
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to present and lead trainings in large groups
• Must be able to interact professionally with personnel from other world areas and cultures and present concepts and ideas in a reasonable and logical manner
• Must have exceptional organizational skills, time management, and task completion
Exceptional communication skills – ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends and holidays

Travel: Must be able to travel on short notice

Physical Requirements:
This role requires the successful candidate to be physically fit, able to travel as necessary, work long hours, and carry luggage or other
materials required for the mission. Must be able to physically detain, move, or violent or aggressive individuals and make instant decisions regarding the wellbeing of the protected executive. Must be able to move quickly, run, pull, push, lift, bend, twist, climb, sit, stand, squat and have use of all faculties. This position is considered to be a high risk position due to the nature of the requirement.


Preferences:
• Stateside Executive Protection experience, military PSD experience in a high threat environment
• Medical training as EMT-B will receive preferential consideration
