Job description
We are looking for a Security Manager to patrol residential properties. You will guard against theft, vandalism, violence or other threats.

In this position your primary responsibilities will include:
•Patrolling property to ensure safety and security
•Documenting incident reports
•Responding to the needs and requests of residents, tenants and patrons
•Managing local security contracts

To become a valuable member of our team we are looking for the following:
•High school diploma/GED; Associate degree preferred
•Current guard card
•May require valid state driver's license
•1-2 years of prior security related experience
•3-5 years of supervisory experience
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Excellent customer service skills
•Basic computer skills
•Knowledge of CCTV and fire alarm operation
