The Global Services Group of Leidos is seeking a Law Enforcement Training Management SME to support a program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Senior Training Manager is directly responsible for the preparation and delivery of a Training Management System. He supports and advises the Program Manager on all areas related to training assessments, training development, training delivery, training validation, career path development, training Path development, methods of instruction, train the trainer and faculty development program, training evaluation, knowledge transfer plan, and delivering a training management for managers course as well as a training management for instructors course. He is also responsible for developing a recruitment and selection criteria for new instructors. The Senior Training Manager is a primary member of the team and participates fully in each phase of the task providing his experience and knowledge to the research, analysis and preparation of the Law Enforcement Training Modernization Program. He will be competent in the full spectrum of training tools and methodologies to include the Systems Approach to Training (SAT), Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Training Management, and Training Evaluation requirements. His knowledge of these processes and world class benchmarks in education and training will drive the process for the rest of the team.

Qualifications:
10+ years of Law Enforcement or Police Training Support Management Systems expertise
10+ years of Training Management Skills or Training academy or institute Experience
Experience in the employment of Systems Approach to Training and the Instructional Systems Design Methodology
Skilled in the Adult Learning Model
Experienced platform instructor with capability and experience in curriculum development and course structure and outlines.
Former Academic Leadership role in a major training and education center, school, or College with a background applying the latest academic governance best practices
Individual and Collective Group Security Training expertise.
Counter Terrorism Training Experience
Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Research, Education, or related technical field of study
10 years’ experience in Government or Law Enforcement instruction
Prior Middle East / KSA experience
