Program: Walsingham Group is seeking experienced professionals to support an advanced Surveillance and Surveillance
Detection Course of Instruction. Full-time positions for Subject Matter Experts and Instructors are available. Part time
positions are available for Exercise Support Specialists, Surveillance Team Leaders and Surveillance Team Members.
Description:
Provide practical experience in Surveillance Detection measures and techniques, with
emphasis on surveillance detection and demeanor.
Instructors shall be responsible for execution of the Advanced Program of Instruction.
Conduct scheduled surveillance activities and evaluate student performance.
Provide timely, thorough feedback to all students; and provide exercise support as requested.
Surveillance Teams must be able to provide constant surveillance of a specified subject and must be able to conduct the full spectrum of surveillance (Discreet - Harassment) with the ability to change out/rotate individual team members during exercises.
Provide follows of each student. All follows are to be individually documented in
writing; a video record of student performance shall be provided if possible for use in the formal
student debriefs. Video must be in HD (High Definition) digital format.
Provide a general overview performance report to all students in a formal classroom presentation at
the end of each phase of training stressing the basic principles of surveillance detection and security
awareness with specific good and bad examples gleaned from the class being briefed.
Provide faculty with dossier of critiques of each student at the end of each respective program.
Provide recommendations on course content and recommendations for enhancement.
Surveillance Teams will utilize the TTPs necessary to communicate and execute their assigned task of performing surveillance on students.
Activities shall not be limited to day time activities; exercises will also be conducted during hours of darkness and in the event of inclement weather to achieve goals.
Requirements:
Candidates must be a US citizen.
A valid state driver's license and appropriate insurance.
Fluency in MS-Office products.
Candidates shall be able to walk up to six-miles over varying terrain in both rural and urban environments and during
inclement weather.
Instructors shall be a graduate of an advanced DoD surveillance course or one of equal standings
Instructors/Team Leaders - operational experience conducting Surveillance, SD, CS and or CTR required
Surveillance Teams Members shall be skilled as subject matter experts in vehicle and foot surveillance techniques.
Security Clearance: SME and Instructors require a Secret clearance
