Job Description:
The Leader, Global Security Operations & Risk Analysis Center, is responsible for managing a staff of specialists who provide risk prediction and analysis, high risk travel and security monitoring for the protection of the travelers and offices around the world.
Accountabilities:
• Manages and trains a team of specialists providing 24×7 coverage for the Global Security Operations & Risk Analysis Center; including report writing, regional office security system monitoring/support, and complex risk analysis and predictive modeling.
• Assesses and evaluates the risk associated with global business travel, including high risk locations; provides counsel on protocol to ensure highest level of protection of business travelers.
• Administers security/political risk based predictive and trend analysis programs; including recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Communicates and develops executive summaries, reports, and briefings to inform employees, leadership, and Global Corporate Security on current events.
• Recognizes, responds to, and recommends actions to address both potential and realized security threats and emergencies affecting personnel and assets.
• Engages with employees and regional security leaders to provide security support and guidance – globally.
• Sets performance objectives and career development strategies for direct reports.
• Member of the Global Corporate Security Leadership Team.
Required Qualifications:
• 5 years of corporate security, military, law enforcement or intelligence experience in a management capacity of an international operation.
• Articulate with excellent judgment, diplomacy, investigative, influencing, leadership, communications, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Must possess good analytical and writing skills.
• Knowledgeable of security protection best practices and security technology trends.
• Clear understanding and interest in global events, geo-politics and freign cultures.
• Technology savvy: Possess a wide range of complex security technology skills.
• Able and willing to work non-standard hours – as required
• Excellent working knowledge of PC’s, MS Office software, CCTV and access control systems.
• Additional language skills and international experience highly desired.
• Experience as an international security/intelligence analyst a plus.
