Job Description
Frontier’s Security Operations Specialist is responsible for activities associated with the security of the company’s property, personnel, and information. Responsible for the supervision of specific projects or definable portions of larger projects or processes; creates practices that aid in the successful completion of projects within a product or functional area; typically reports to manager.
Function & Responsibilities:
Establishes, maintains, and enforces security regulations and procedures for the organization. May deal with the security of Frontier’s property, personnel, or information.
Applies knowledge of federal, state and local security regulations to company operations, including preparing manuals, outlining regulations, and/or records management.
Monitors or audits the organization to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Investigates security issues. Incumbent reports to the security department.
Investigate allegations of employee (associate and management) misconduct and violations of the Frontier Code of Conduct.
Plan for, respond to, and lead the response to natural and man-made disasters, work stoppages, and emergencies.
Investigations can result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal for employees ranging from field associates to vice presidents.
Supervise investigations of workplace violence, which can be among the most serious, both to employees and the corporation (from a liability standpoint). Identify locations or employee groups to provide workplace violence and prevention presentations. Responsible for the completion of physical security surveys made by investigators.
May also provide executive protection to the senior corporate executives, including residential security. At public meetings such as share holder meetings, corporate security coverage and coordination for the board of directors and the most senior managers, including the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman.
This position will require travel as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
Extensive expertise in all types of investigations from internal accounts payable fraud to theft, including interview techniques, knowledge of physical security as well as theft prevention, telephony, law enforcement and legal knowledge. Law enforcement, corporate security, and copper theft experience preferred.
Excellent computer skills, including a high working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF files.
Excellent working knowledge of the corporate structure and the Code of Business Conduct.
Excellent liason and contacts with law enforcement at all levels.
Excellent problem resolution and interpersonal relation skills.
Expert-level writing with proven record of writing formal reports.
Must have knowledge of sophisticated investigative techniques as well as knowledge of telephony, computers, social media, forensics, company systems and company procedures.

5-7 Years investigative experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and training
