This position is part of the Converged Security Services team, under the Global Security Office.
The incumbent will:
Plan and conduct investigations enterprise-wide, primarily regarding fraud against the company.
Question persons of interest and third party witnesses, both formally and informally.
Collect and secure evidence to determine the extent and nature of the fraud committed. Prepare reports of complex investigations.
Testify as a witness in court proceedings.
Interface directly with management and representatives from corporate counsel. Provide support to workforce and executive protective services. Conduct other investigations as assigned.
Obtain, discretely handle and work with fragmentary evidence to initiate investigations or intelligence to support protective operations.
Provide investigative and protection service operations will be performed on a rotational basis by all Investigative Agents.
Develop evidence for difficult cases from interviews, surveillance, documentary examinations, witness testimony and forensic examination and create protective service plans as required based on like information develeopment activities.
Utilize various investigative techniques to establish interrelationships of facts or evidence
Provide expert testimony in court cases when appropriate.
Support general workforce protection and executive protection missions.
Work closely with the management, corporate security and/or corporate counsel on restricted confidential topics.
Liaise with Federal, State & Local Law Enforcement Agencies Frequently contributes to the development of new processes and technologies in order to improve the investigative and or proetctive services process.
Make recommendations to the VP-CSS in regards to improving efficiencies and reducing cost.
Collaborates effectively with cross-functional entities across the enterprise
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience, Skills, Academic:
Education, Experience, and Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree required; degree in law enforcement, security, or in a related field is preferred.
5+ years in law enforcement or security related field.
Organizational direction, time management, problem-solving, prioritization, goal setting, leadership and motivation, negotiation, interpersonal relations, verbal/written communications and human resource management.
Exercises a great amount of independent decision making, acts as a subject matter expert.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal effectively with senior level management.
Ability to solve practical problems and react quickly and calmly to changing or emergency circumstances.
