Job Description 
The Regional Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating all Loss Prevention functions to achieve maximum effectiveness in inventory shortage and protection of company assets. This position is responsible for determining the effectiveness of Loss Prevention policies and procedures through compliance auditing and use of exception reporting. The Regional Loss Prevention Manager also is responsible for all controllable lines to include shrink, cash handling, bad checks and credit card chargebacks. This position reports directly to the Divisional Manager of Loss Prevention and has no direct reports. This position is based in the West Coast.
Required Skills and Experience 
• Develop and implement programs to aid in the reduction of inventory and controllable losses to meet goals of assigned locations
• Direct and implement programs to aid in the prevention, detection and resolution of malefactors, internal and external
• Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with Store Field Leadership,Store Level Leadership, Human Resources, Store Operations, Law Enforcement
• Provide constant review of informational resources to uncover losses through procedural auditing
• Coordinate special audits, tests and inspections as directed by the Divisional Manager of Loss Prevention
• Initiate appropriate strategy to bring internal investigations to successful conclusion
• Ensure the effective utilization of physical security controls in assigned locations to prevent and reduce inventory shortage
• Ensure the effective utilization of physical security controls in assigned locations to prevent and reduce inventory shortage and ensure associate safety (new and existing stores)
• Provide constant review of information and resources to uncover losses through procedural auditing, exception based reporting,and internet investigations
• Execute programs to aid in the reduction of inventory and controllable losses to meet goals of assigned locations
• Conduct Loss Prevention Store audits within assigned Region
• Implement programs to aid in the prevention, detection and resolution of, internal and external theft
• Effectively communicate LP training and educational coaching for store leadership and associate Required Experience
• 3 years of experience as a multi-unit manager and 5 + years in Loss Prevention, preferably within the fashion retail industry
• Wicklander/Zulawski Interview and Interrogation training
• Efficient in Microsoft Office
• Experienced in internet investigations and case closures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in exception based reporting
• Phone Interview experience CFI certification
• Strong knowledge of Internet auctions and social media
• Travel weekly to stores within designated area
• Degree preferred but not required
• Bilingual is strongly preferred
