Facebook is seeking an Executive Protection Residential and Special Projects Coordinator to assist in a range of tasks in support of the Executive Protection program. The role is broad and involves administrative, operational, and strategic projects, mainly supporting security functions at Executive homes, and other duties as needed. This role will interface with employees across multiple teams within and outside of Facebook, as well as Executive level Administrative Assistants. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Principles of Protection that will allow them to make recommendations for the design and improvement of the program. We are looking for a customer service oriented individual who is diligent, proactive, and has demonstrated excellent judgment and strategic thinking. Candidates should maintain productivity while working independently, and be able to work well in a team environment. This is a full time position reporting to the Executive Protection Manager and is located in our Menlo Park, CA office.

Responsibilities
Foster relationships within and on behalf of Facebook
Display a productive style of Leadership
Audit and make recommendations for improving policies and processes
Design responsible security solutions that fit unique requirements
Manage the residential security program
Project & vendor management
Develop and implement training for staff and vendors
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

Requirements
Candidates must possess 6+ years of working knowledge and experience in Executive Protection or closely related field
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The ability to create trust by performing duties with ease and facilitating personal and team results in a concierge fashion
Comfortable communicating, presenting, and fielding questions from Executives and their staff
Able to organize and prioritize multiple on going projects
Able to adapt and maintain productivity in an ever-changing environment
