This position is responsible for managing day to day security operations for our Converse World Headquarters based in Boston, Massachusetts and other facilities in North America.


Responsibilities:
· Manages contract security service providers utilized for Converse business.
· Establishes professional working relationships with public sector partners who support Converse Headquarters and facilities throughout North America.
· Manages and maintains AMAG access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
· Ensures proper execution of access control policy and procedures.
· Conducts security/safety training and awareness sessions for Converse employees.
· Develops security plans and provides on-site management for Converse events in the Boston area.
· Continuously monitors/assesses the various security threats and risks that may impact Converse employees or business operations in the Boston area.
· Facilitates crisis response protocols for Converse HQ.
· Responds to incidents and conducts basic investigations as required.

Qualifications
Requirements:

· 10+ years professional work experience in security management. Strong preference for individuals who have experience working in private sector security management for multi- national organizations.
· Proficiency in office/facility physical security planning and access control management.
· Proficiency in conducting security related investigations.
· Experience managing contract security officers.
· College degree in a related field of study or specialized work experience in law enforcement or the military.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
