Facility Security Officer , OCONUS

Constellis Group is currently seeking a qualified Facility Security Officer with experience supporting a range of classified programs for civilian and military customers, providing a range of security and support functions operating CONUS and OCONUS. The individual must have a demonstrated history of ethics, cooperation, and success working within ambiguous and aggressive timelines.

Position Responsibilities
Provides expertise, guidance and advice to staff concerning all security administrative functions Ensures compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) for the Defense Security Service as well as various Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Director Central Intelligence Directives (DCID) required for Sensitive Compartmented Information program procedures
Perform all administrative security support requirements associated with the receipt, transmission, inventory, reproduction, disposition, and management of SAP material
Work closely with Defense Security Services (DSS) and other government agencies for contract and site/facility compliance
Manage the implementation and development of an organization's IT security as the ISSM/ISSO
Develop and implement effective security training, to include initial, refresher and continuing education programs, Operational Security (OPSEC), Insider Threat programs, Foreign Travel programs, Standard Practice Procedures (SPP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Maintains accounts for processing Secret, Top Secret and SCI security clearances using the Army's Automated Contractor Automated Verification System (ACAVS), and collateral clearances using the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), Scattered Castles
Prepare access and visit authorization requests, government site badge requests and Common Access Card (CAC) requests along with SPOT-LOA-CVS requests
Develop, design, implement and manage the full build out of SCIF facilities including all documentation, construction, data connectivity and agency authorizations.
Demonstrated success managing subordinate FSO personnel and interfacing with C-suite executives to drive security policy and advise on group strategy
Job Requirements


Essential Skills and Experience

Master’s Degree or 7-10 years of experience
Facility Security Officer Manager Certificate
3-5 years of experience managing security requirements for an organization/program with over 300 cleared personnel
3-5 years of increasing responsibilities working with classified programs
3-5 years of experience contributing to proposals and business development efforts as a security SME.
