Position Summary: 
The Senior Intelligence Explosive Ordnance Specialist will provide senior-level expertise to support and manage multiple efforts within NNSA's Office of Counterterrorism and Counterproliferation. This position will maintain inter-departmental and intra-office technical liaison relationships for the client and evaluate the policy implications of its technical R&D portfolio. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Functions:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical support for DOE/NNSA for the counterterrorism activities. The person shall provide technical support for the following:
Apply knowledge and experience in explosive ordnance disposal technologies across multiple technical R&D portfolios.
Apply experience in Render Safe policy and/or procedures, directly supporting interagency response units.
Provide oversight for the development of associated operational tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for the EOD operational community.
Provide senior-level expertise in applied science, engineering, research and development, and demonstration programs that accelerate and develop leap-ahead technologies to enhance mission planning for operational forces.
Provide leadership in facilitating research, development, and test and evaluation projects in government, industry, and academia for high quality, innovative, and relevant advanced technologies capable of providing electronic environment and/or device characterization, in support of the EOD Community.
Apply knowledge and experience in countermeasure technologies and tactics for defeating military or terrorist Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) with emphasis on WMD.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree from an accredited university.
Minimum 10 years experience in Explosive Ordnance Disposal from field to senior executive leadership level with staff.
DOE Q or DOD TS security clearance.
Demonstrated experience in working with NATO and international partners.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work with international partners.
Proven program management and strategic planning experience with the ability to lead teams.
