3M is seeking a Safety and Security Supervisor for Corporate Security located in London, Ontario. Ready to be part of what's next?

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with 3M Corporate Security at 3M Canada sites and facilitates security surveys
- Providing accountability for Contract Security at the London area sites
- Execute the role of Company Security Officer and Designated Official and ensure compliance with Industrial Security Program and Controlled Goods Program
- Leading Security systems capital projects, changes to system maintenance
- Establish and Manage alarm monitoring, response, maintenance
- Provide leadership related to security incidents, investigations, event security, executive visits and supply chain security
- Providing facility site support for Tartan Offices and other locations

Basic Minimum Requirements:
- A University degree is required for this position
- Is able to obtain a NATO Secret Security Clearance with the Canadian government and Designated Official with Controlled Goods Program

Other Qualifications
- Candidates must have strong self-motivation and time management ability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required as there is a significant educational component to the role
- The individual requires a strong customer focus and consultative skills with a proven ability to develop solutions that address customer needs
- Candidates with a CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or other security designation are preferred
- A valid driver's license is required. Candidates are required to travel which will involve overnight stays.
