Responsibilities:


Responsible for coordinating the round the clock security operations and direct control of the guard force and alarm room operators as it pertains to day-to-day activities and scheduling. Customarily and regularly directs the work of three (3) or more employees. Has the authority to hire and fire other employees or to recommend hiring, firing, promotion, change of status of employees. Work requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment. Perform other duties of the same or lower level of difficulty as assigned. May be assigned occasional duties of a higher level of difficulty than those listed above. Maintain high ethical standards, overall values of the business, and the Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct to include cooperating during Company investigations; treat all individuals fairly and with respect.



Work with the Director to plan and develop policies, goals, and budgets related to the Division. Enforce company policy and safety standards.



Through the Senior Field Supervisor and Field Supervisors on shifts, provide daily oversight of the Uniformed Security Force at the Hawthorne Army Depot to include the AROs. Schedule and direct the guard force to assure the level of staffing necessary to provide for the security of the Depot.



Provide reports, verbally and in writing, of the security of the Depot, to the Director, ISSS. Serve as Coordinator for security tests and exercises and drills. Provide training and mentoring for Senior Field Supervisors, Field Supervisors and Training Officer.



Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and plans in support of Guard Operations.



Responsible for reporting potential and/or real environmental concerns to the Environmental Service.



Responsible for reporting potential and real safety hazards and/or issues to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:


EDUCATION: B.S in Business Administration, or equivalent in education and experience.



EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years Security Experience Supervisory Experience desirable
